Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 May 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in the Founder Cohort coaching offer (and any future cohorts), provided by:

A Great Team B.V. (operating as "Mischulaikah")

IJzerwerf 15, 2544 EP, The Hague, Netherlands

KVK: 81920695  ·  VAT/BTW: NL862269891B01

Contact: [email protected]

By submitting an application or making a payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply or pay.

References to "we," "us," and "our" mean A Great Team B.V. References to "you" and "your" mean the individual purchasing or applying for the service. We refer to the founder personally by her first name, Mischulaikah.

2. The service

The Founder Cohort is a three-month, founder-led program that includes:

  • Two 1-on-1 video calls with Mischulaikah (approximately 30 minutes each, scheduled in week 1 and month 2)
  • Asynchronous messaging access between calls, with a target response time of 2 business days
  • A personal three-month roadmap based on your stated symptoms, lifestyle, and goals
  • Three months of complimentary access to OrthoFoodie premium (provided by a separate company under its own terms)

The cohort is limited to 10 participants per intake. We reserve the right to decline applications at our sole discretion.

Important: scope of the service

The Founder Cohort provides nutritional and lifestyle guidance grounded in functional medicine and orthomolecular principles. It is not medical care. Mischulaikah does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and the service does not replace consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare provider.

If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or experience any symptom that concerns you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Application and acceptance

To apply, you complete the application form and provide accurate information about your situation. We review every application personally. If we accept you, we'll send you a payment and booking link. If we decline, we'll let you know and may suggest alternative resources.

Your application does not create a contract. The contract is formed only when (a) you complete payment and (b) you book your first call.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. You confirm that you are participating on your own behalf and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to decline or terminate participation if material information is found to be inaccurate.

The service is not appropriate if you are currently being treated for a serious medical condition (in which case you should work with your medical team), if you are recovering from an eating disorder (specialist care matters), or if you require licensed psychological support.

5. Pricing and payment

The Founder Cohort price is USD 99, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable; for EU consumers, VAT is included as required by Dutch tax law and shown on your invoice.

The price covers the full three-month service as described in section 2. After three months, the complimentary OrthoFoodie premium access ends; you may continue OrthoFoodie at its standard subscription rate (currently USD 14.99/month) or cancel without obligation. OrthoFoodie's terms govern that subscription separately.

Future cohorts may be priced differently. Founder Cohort pricing applies only to the first 10 spots.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumer cooling-off)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying a service online without a face-to-face meeting.

How this applies to you:

  • If you change your mind before your first 1-on-1 call (Call 1) takes place, you may withdraw within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund. Email [email protected]; we'll process the refund within 14 days.
  • If you choose to start the service immediately — that is, if Call 1 takes place within the 14-day cooling-off period — you give us your express consent to begin performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed for that call.

You give this consent explicitly when you check the relevant box at booking. If you have any doubt, schedule Call 1 outside the 14-day window.

7. Refunds beyond the cooling-off period

After Call 1 has taken place, the service is considered "in performance" and refunds are no longer available as of right.

However, life happens. We consider goodwill refund requests on a case-by-case basis — for example, in cases of serious illness, bereavement, or genuine misalignment that becomes clear only after Call 1. To request a goodwill refund, email [email protected] with your situation. We will respond within 5 business days. Decisions are at our discretion but always made in good faith.

8. Scheduling, rescheduling, and missed calls

You are responsible for booking your calls within the active three-month period. We aim to make calendar slots available across reasonable time zones.

  • You may reschedule a call up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge.
  • If you miss a call without rescheduling 24 hours in advance, we will treat it as completed unless there are exceptional circumstances.
  • If we need to reschedule, we will offer at least one alternative slot within two weeks.
  • The three-month service window starts on the date of Call 1. Unused calls do not extend beyond the program end date except by mutual written agreement.

9. Communications between calls

You can message Mischulaikah between calls for short questions and pattern check-ins. We aim to respond within 2 business days. This channel is not for emergencies. Messages may be lightly summarised in your client notes.

10. Confidentiality

Anything you share with Mischulaikah in the course of the cohort is treated as confidential. We will not share your name, story, or specific information without your explicit consent.

If we ever wish to share an anonymised insight (for example, a pattern observed across the cohort) for educational or marketing purposes, we will do so only in a way that cannot identify you.

11. Your obligations

To get value from the cohort, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, honest information about your situation and update us if it changes materially
  • Take reasonable steps to follow through on the discussed approach — including using OrthoFoodie consistently — understanding that results depend on your engagement
  • Treat Mischulaikah with respect, the same way you would expect to be treated
  • Not share, record, redistribute, or resell any session content, materials, or messaging without our written consent

12. Intellectual property

All materials we provide as part of the service — including any documents, frameworks, written guidance, or recorded content — remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own benefit only.

You retain ownership of anything you create yourself (food logs, journals, your own notes). You retain control over your personal data as described in our Privacy Statement.

13. No guarantees

We genuinely want you to experience meaningful change. However, biology is individual and outcomes depend heavily on your engagement, your starting point, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific health, weight, energy, or symptom outcome, and we do not promise specific results.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under Dutch or EU consumer law — including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Subject to that:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us under these Terms (USD 99 for the Founder Cohort).
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from your decision to act — or not act — on the guidance we provide.
  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of third parties, including OrthoFoodie, Stripe, Zoom, or any healthcare provider.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation, with or without refund, if:

  • You materially breach these Terms
  • You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour
  • You provide materially false information in your application
  • Continuing the engagement would be unsafe or unethical given information that emerges (for example, if a serious medical condition becomes apparent that requires care we cannot responsibly provide)

You may end your participation at any time by emailing us. Refund eligibility is governed by sections 6 and 7.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. The version of the Terms that applies to your engagement is the one in force on the date you make payment. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live continue to apply where they are more favourable to you than Dutch law.

If we have a disagreement, we want to resolve it directly — please email [email protected] first and we will respond in good faith.

If we cannot resolve it informally, EU consumers have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Otherwise, the courts of The Hague, Netherlands have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Contact

For any question about these Terms, the service, or your account, email [email protected].
